My father would abuse his girlfriends, and my mom. later he started abusing me. So I know how it feels. It is terrifying. That period of time was the most scariest in my life. Even though I am a grown woman now, I have not experienced domestic violence from anyone I have dated. The hurt and pain is still there. As a child growing up in that type of environment it is hard to forget. I always prayed to God I will never get involved with somebody like my father. My future husband also has witness his own mother being abused and even been shot by his father. We are hoping to help other women and kids who been through and who are going through this. I commend you for helping these women get on their feet and to let them know that they do not have to live through this anymore and that someone do care.

Re: Kim Roxie, Creative Director, LAMIK Cosmetics

I used to get my eyebrows done at Lamik (Sharpstown) I must say nobody could do my eyebrows like I wanted them like Kim. I watched you when you were on channel 13 but I did not know you had a brain aneurysm. Maybe, because I was going through the same thing. I was almost dead before they found mine. I'd love to talk with you. I'd love to visit your show but can hardly get around. I have a lot of other problems, too. My phone number is 281/685-9346, if you'd like to share aneurysms with me.

Re: Deborah Duncan, host, ‘Great Day Houston,’ KHOU-TV Channel 11

How can I view a show I missed on computer? linkapu@att.net
@att

Re: Kiana Battle, director of media communications programs, Kennedy-King College

Wow! When I saw State Farm's commercial urging kids to stay in school, I told our president, Sandy Valdez, about it and asked if she would like me to contact State Farm and commend them for this excellent public service. She gave me the green light, and that's how I happened to find Stacie. You're a beautiful lady, Ms. Gaynor, and I look forward to corresponding with you!

Lisa M.
